START WITH 10
40 days. 10 simple steps.
The simple way to get your health back on track.
You don't need another complicated wellness plan.
You don't need another list of 37 things you're supposed to be doing.
And you definitely don't need to make taking care of yourself your newest full-time job.
You need a place to start.
I took more than 30 years of coaching women, the protocols and methods I've used with thousands of clients, and everything I now teach about food, movement, sleep, stress and longevity and asked myself one question:
If I had to narrow it ALL down and tell a woman exactly where to begin, what would I tell her?
The answer became Start With Ten.
For 40 days, I'm going to help you build ten simple health steps that can become the foundation for how you take care of yourself for years to come.

Founding Experience: $97
You probably don't need more health information.
You know you should drink the water. You know you need to move.
You've heard about protein, fiber, strength training, sleep, stress, hormones, walking after meals, supplements and longevity.
You may have saved hundreds of health posts.
Maybe you've bought programs. Maybe you've started Monday morning more times than you can count.
And yet you still find yourself thinking:
Why am I not doing the things I know I should be doing?
This is the problem I want to solve with you.
Because women are drowning in information right now.
We're being told to optimize everything while simultaneously running careers, businesses, families, relationships and households, caring for aging parents and trying to figure out what we want the next part of our lives to look like.
Taking care of yourself shouldn't require another degree.
And it shouldn't take over your life.
It needs to work inside the life you already have.
So I did something I probably should have done years ago.
I took everything I know and started removing things.
I simplified.
I went back through more than three decades of coaching women and asked:
What keeps showing up? What matters for the long haul? What can a busy woman actually do?
What have I watched work again and again? What do I personally prioritize now at this stage of my own life?
And if I could only give a woman a small number of places to begin, what would make the cut?
I landed on ten.
Not because these are the only ten things you'll ever need to know about your health.
They're the ten places I want you to start.
Why me? Because I've spent most of my life doing this.
If we haven't met yet, I'm Cathy Savage.
I've spent more than 30 years coaching women.
I built my career in fitness before Instagram existed, before wellness became a trillion-dollar conversation and before we could open our phones and get 900 different opinions about the best way to take care of ourselves.
I've coached thousands of women.
I've developed award-winning programs and protocols.
I created the earliest online fitness coaching programs and built communities where women learned how to become stronger, healthier and more confident.
I've prepared women for fitness stages.
I've taught nutrition. I've taught training.
And as I've gotten older, my own definition of health has changed too.
Yes, I still want to look good.
I'm never going to tell a woman she's supposed to stop caring about that because she reached a certain age.
But today I want so much more from my body than looking good.
I want strength. Energy. Muscle. Mobility.A healthy brain. Independence.
I want to travel, work, create, build businesses, carry my own suitcase, walk all day, spend time with the people I love and have enough energy to say yes to things I haven't even thought of yet.
I want to feel fantastic and then get on with my life.
And that's what I want for you too.
This isn't about getting through the next 40 days.
It's about changing what happens after them.
There is a lot of conversation right now about menopause, hormones and what women should be doing at this stage.
I'm thrilled we're finally talking about it.
But I want you thinking further ahead.
What are you doing today for the woman you're going to be ten years from now?
We don't take care of ourselves simply to get a better number on the scale next month.
We do it because there is still so much life we want to live.
Your health affects your energy. Your energy affects your capacity.
And your capacity touches everything.
Your career. Your relationships. Your confidence. Your family. Your ability to travel. Your willingness to try something new.
The business you keep talking about starting.
The life you keep saying you want to live.
Your health is underneath all of it.
This is why we're starting with ten.
Over 40 days, I'm going to walk you through the ten foundational steps I believe every woman should consider when she's ready to get serious about her health again.
They're built around the four areas I have taught for years: Food. Movement. Sleep. Stress.
FOOD
We'll work on simple rituals that make nourishing yourself easier during a normal week.
We'll look at preparation, everyday choices and routines that help you eat well without requiring food to occupy your thoughts all day.
You won't receive a rigid diet or a complicated meal plan. I want you to understand what works for you and develop habits you can continue long after our 40 days are finished.
MOVEMENT
I've spent my entire career believing movement should support your life.
We'll work on practical ways to incorporate walking, strength and everyday movement consistently without assuming you have hours available every day.
I want you strong enough to travel, work, play, carry things, move confidently and continue participating fully in your life for as long as possible.
SLEEP
I've become much more protective of sleep as I've gotten older, and I want women to understand how much it influences the rest of their health.
We'll look at the habits surrounding your evenings, environment and recovery and identify simple changes that give your body a better opportunity to rest.
We're not chasing a perfect sleep score. We're building habits that support better sleep more consistently.
STRESS
This is where much of my work around capacity comes in.
We'll look at how stress accumulates, what is consuming your energy and where small changes could give some of that capacity back.
Life isn't going to suddenly become stress-free because you joined a 40-day challenge. What we can change is how consistently you notice, manage and recover from it.
Imagine 40 days from now...
You wake up and taking care of yourself doesn't feel quite so complicated anymore.
You know what deserves your attention.
You're moving more consistently.
You're making better decisions around food without obsessing over every bite.
You're paying attention to sleep before your head hits the pillow.
You have ways to manage stress before you reach the point of complete depletion.
You understand how small bouts of movement can fit into an incredibly busy day.
You stop treating one off-plan day like proof that you've failed.
And perhaps most importantly, you begin trusting yourself again.
You said you were going to do something for yourself.
And you did.
Not perfectly... but consistently

I made this for the woman who...
Keeps saying she needs to get back on track.
Has spent years taking care of everyone and everything else.
Knows quite a bit about health but struggles to turn that knowledge into consistent action.
Is tired of wellness becoming more complicated every year.
Wants to feel good in her clothes AND protect the body she'll be living in for decades.
Still has big plans for her career, family, business, travels or next chapter.
Doesn't want another diet.
Doesn't need another extreme challenge.
And really just wishes someone with decades of experience would say:
“Here's where I want you to start.”
That's exactly what I'm doing.
You don't need to change your whole life on Day One.
Start With Ten isn't about waking up tomorrow and becoming the woman who drinks perfect green smoothies, never misses a workout, sleeps eight uninterrupted hours, meditates at sunrise and carries organic almonds everywhere she goes.
I don't know her either.
We're going to work with your actual life.
We're going to simplify. We're going to practice.
We're going to build.
And when life gets messy, we're going to adjust and continue on.
The goal is building a way of taking care of yourself that doesn't disappear the minute life gets busy.
Ten small steps can become the beginning of something much bigger.
Maybe you came here because you want to lose a few pounds.
Maybe you want more energy.
Maybe you know you've been putting your health on the back burner.
Maybe menopause got your attention.
Maybe you're ready for a new chapter and you know your body needs to be able to keep up with what you want from your life.
Whatever brought you here, I'm going to ask you to do something different.
Don't try to fix everything.
Don't overhaul your entire life.
Don't wait until the perfect Monday.
So... Start With Ten.
Give me 40 days.
Give yourself about ten minutes a day.
Let me take everything I've learned from more than three decades of helping women and show you where I believe you should begin.
Then let's see what becomes possible when taking care of yourself finally feels doable again.

Testimonials
Lori Harder
I met Cathy right after I had set my first big goal ever in my life. I heard she was the woman you wanted to work with if you wanted to make your dreams in fitness a reality and the moment I got in the room with her energy I understood why. I also for the first time ever in my life, believed that it could be possible for me because of the path that she so tangibly showed us, but mostly because of the belief and certainty she most literally breathes into your being. I left our time together with a deep inner knowing I was going to be able to make this happen with her help, and over a few years we absolutely did. Fast forward to now, and I can still pinpoint that first massive shift back to her that opened the flood gates of so many beautiful moments, friends and teachers coming into my life.

Cathy’s “Zone of Genius” is finding your hidden potential and seeing the path to unlock the possibilities. I’ve worked with Cathy for over a decade and am constantly blown away by her ability to see the big picture for your business and life. I appreciate her honest, yet constructive feedback as you make progress toward your goals. She has a unique gift to inspire you to bust through your limiting beliefs and achieve what you never thought was possible.

Working with Cathy has been truly transformative to almost every area of my life. When I first hired Cathy, it was for wellness. I had aggressive health goals that I most certainly felt overwhelmed by and she broke down my diet and my exercise tasks in such a manageable way that I was able to make those changes with ease and without getting burnt out. What a completely new and amazing concept! She didn’t approach me with a one size fits all plan, she curated a plan specific to me and my needs.
Over the years, Cathy has also been one of my most trusted mentors and business strategists. She has counseled me on numerous deals and transitions within my career as well as helped me to form my own branding strategy. Her advice and knowledge has always been spot on and not only has she always supported me as a coach, she is someone I am so proud and honored to call a friend. I can think of no better decision when choosing a strategic consultant than Cathy Savage.
